The robots have arrived!

We are open every single day during the Eeaster break

Get to know the coolest group of robots during the Easter holiday! You can see them at work or play and experiment with them. Take a ride with them, program them or have them perform fun assignments. You know what? You should just come by and build your own robot! All activities on this page are included in the price of your day ticket.

Meet our robots!

Meet your new robot friends!

gEOF would be a good secret agent: this rascal discreetly takes photos of everybody he sees! VERn transports other robots, while BRCLY (really) keeps an eye on everything. Yummy the kitchen robot does not immediately look for adventures, but wow... she knows everything there is to know about cooking!

HERB isn’t the handiest one, but he makes up for it with his sparkling personality and giant head of hair! And Rachel? She uses her charms to conquer hearts without batting an eye.

phone Daily between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. On Sunday April 15, they’ll go to the Children’s lecture in between.

Tell jokes with R0b1e

Have you already met R0b1e, the life-sized robot in our exhibition area? He tells jokes, imitates your favourite movie characters without any trouble and has a whole arsenal of tricks up his sleeve!

You can make him change colour, have him roll his eyes or follow your movements... He is always in a good mood and can’t wait to meet you!

Watch M-1iA at work

This Fanuc robot plays colour solitaire like no other! He recognises colours, very quickly moves the balls and never makes mistakes! This type of assembly robot can do so much more than play solitaire: they are used in electronics, fine mechanics and in the food, medical and pharmaceutical industries.

phone Daily during the Easter holiday, between 9:30 a.m. and 5 p.m.

Play and experiment with robots

Our workshops in the Makerspace are normally done in Dutch. Our attendants will do their best to help you out in French or English, but also keep in mind that our software is often only available in Dutch (but often also in English). How well we can help you depends on the language skills of the attendant in question, the complexity of the workshop and the number of participants.

Take a ride with robot LEO!

Take a seat on Leo’s lap and do some fun exercises. You control the arms and your mom, dad, uncle, grandmother... controls the wheels! Will you succeed in working together with this BFR (Big Friendly Robot)?

You have to measure at least 1,35 m for the ride.

phone Daily during the Easter holiday, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon) and from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. On Sunday April 15 from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Program Ozobots in the Lab

The only thing you need to program our Ozobots is a piece of paper and coloured markers. The robots recognise the track you draw for them as well as the colour codes. If you want, you can also have the robots move independently!

phone Daily during the Easter holiday, between 10:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Even more robots in our shop!

Take a robot with you and continue experimenting at home! Program your own Cyber robot or Bee-Bot, build your own brush robot or control a Maze Breaker (robot/maze expert) with an app!
