Are you looking forward to a day filled with amazing experiments? On this page you can find everything you need to know to start your scientific adventure well-prepared. Technopolis is open from Monday to Sunday from 9:30 a.m. till 5 p.m., including Sundays and public holidays.
All exhibit labels have been translated into English. The workshops, demonstrations and shows, however, are in Dutch only.

All exhibitions are available every day of the week, from 9:30 a.m. till 5 p.m.
Don't forget your RFID bracelet!
Did you know that a lot of our exhibits are equipped with RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology? Pick a bracelet when you enter Technopolis, hold it against the scanner of the exhibit you want to try out, enter your data just once and you will receive the results of your experiments in your mail box!

Workshops in the Lab (NL)
The Lab is open during (short) school holidays or when your teacher has booked a workshop for your class in advance. Exceptionally, the Lab is also open on 1, 18, 19, 30 en 31 May.
The workshops in our Lab are normally done in Dutch, but there are also manuals present in French and English. Our attendants will do their best to help you out in French or English. How well we can help you depends on the language skills of the attendant in question, the complexity of the workshop and the number of participants.
Workshops in the Atelier (NL)
The Atelier is open during (short) school holidays or when your teacher has booked a workshop for your class in advance. Exceptionally the Atelier is open on 27 and 28 April, as well as on 1, 18, 19, 30 and 31 May.
Our workshops in the Atelier are normally done in Dutch. Our attendants will do their best to help you out in French or English, but also keep in mind that our software is often only available in Dutch (but often also in English). How well we can help you depends on the language skills of the attendant in question, the complexity of the workshop and the number of participants.
Where do I find the day programma during my visit?
The full day programme can be found on the vertical screens in the exhibition room. All science shows and demos are also announced several minutes before they start. This way, you won’t miss anything!
