In order to limit the spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19), we decided to close Technopolis. As soon as we get the green light from the National Security Council, we will be happy to reopen our gates.

My online tickets expire. What's next?

Our online tickets are normally valid for 1 month. If you are unable to use your ticket(s) due to our closure, please send an email to info@technopolis.be with the code of your ticket(s) and we will deliver you (a) free voucher(s) in exchange. This way, you will still be able to drop by as soon as Technopolis reopens.

What about my subscription now?

The period of validity of your subscription is automatically extended by the number of days Technopolis was closed. The exact number of days will be calculated as soon as we know when Technopolis can be reopened. You do not have to do anything yourself.

When does Technopolis open again?

We are strictly following the measures and guidelines of the government and will only reopen our doors as soon as the National Security Council deems it safe. In any case, we will keep you informed via this web page and via social media.
