Every party includes admission to Technopolis, a festive welcome for the birthday child with a photo opportunity, a mission card for the birthday child, a party table between 12.15 pm and 3.00 pm, and, depending on the package chosen, food and/or drinks.
You can choose from three packages: the Basic option with drinks only (€23 per person), the Plus option with a waffle and a drink (€25 per person) and the Luxury option with a discovery meal box (€32 per person).
A party can be booked for a minimum of 8 guests and a maximum of 20 guests.
Yes. The birthday boy or girl gets free entry and a free meal.
Yes, two adults get free entry.
We recommend allowing around 3 hours, but you are free to spend the rest of the day at Technopolis.
Food and drink
Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own cake at no extra cost. You can leave it to be looked after at Grab & Go. You can also ask for cutlery there.
For a party on Wednesday: by 12 noon on Monday at the latest.
With the Luxury package, you let us know your choice of main course on arrival.
A jug is included with every package.
Yes. If you want you can order goodies bags, children’s champagne, crisps, vegetable dips and other extras.
No. Your table will be available between 12.15 pm and 3.00 pm, so you can choose when to eat. You can let the person in charge of birthday parties know when you arrive; they will also be there to welcome you.
Yes. We recommend that you let us know in advance if you have any special dietary requirements so that we can look at the options available.
Annual passes and discounts
Yes. Depending on the type of pass, parents receive a 10%, 15% or 20% discount on the admission fee for the birthday party.
No. Children who gain free entry with their annual pass don’t count towards the minimum of eight guests.
You only pay for the meal for them. Make sure they bring their pass with them on the day of the party and show it at reception.
Payment
When booking through our booking platform, you will be required to pay a deposit of €50. On the day itself, you will pay the remaining amount based on the actual number of people.
Practical information
Depending on the package you choose, you’ll celebrate at a reserved table in Byte or Lumen.
When you make your booking, you will be given a recommended arrival time to ensure that your welcome goes smoothly.
Yes, visitors can use the Technopolis car park.
Yes. If the final number of children ends up being three more or three less, you can let the reception know on the day of your visit. In other cases, please email your booking reference and the correct number to info@technopolis.be.
Yes. You will still pay for the minimum eight children (excluding the birthday child).
Birthday parties are available for children aged 4 to 12.
Yes. They will count as guests.
Yes. One birthday boy or girl gets free entry and a free meal. Additional children with birthdays are counted as guests and paid for as normal. In practice, they won’t notice any difference.
Then everyone celebrating their birthday will receive free entry and a free meal. However, the number of accompanying adults is still limited to a maximum of two.
A trolley or a blue box is available. You can ask for a lock at reception if you’re using a trolley. There are also smaller lockers.
Yes. Let reception know when you arrive.
Parents are welcome in the entrance hall. Without a valid admission ticket, they will not be allowed into the exhibition space.
