Has birthday time come round again? That calls for an original party! Round up at least eight party animals for a birthday party full of experiments and fresh discoveries at Technopolis. You can now choose from three new party packages to make your celebration even more fun. 

Better still, we offer a fixed price per package, with extras included. That way, you’ll know exactly where you stand. When the time comes, our party captain will make sure everything runs smoothly. As you can see, with us you can sit back and enjoy yourself without a care in the world.

What can you expect with each package?

A warm welcome and a crown

On arrival, you’ll be given a warm welcome by our party captain. They’ll point you in the right direction and make sure your party goes smoothly. At the start of your party, you’ll be given a crown, get to sit on a real throne and pose for a photo.

A discovery map

As the birthday boy or girl, you’ll be crowned ​‘explorer of the day’. With a special badge pinned on and an official discovery map in your pocket, you and your friends can set off to explore our exhibitions and zones. If you solve all the tasks together, WOW, then you have even more reason to celebrate!

A specially decorated party table

Need to recharge your batteries? From 12.15 pm to 3 pm, a festively laid table with party place mats and a sign bearing the birthday boy or girl’s name will be set up in the Byte room. If you’ve chosen a Eureka party, you’ll get a place in our family restaurant, Lumen.

That way, you can raise a glass and – depending on your package – enjoy a meal together.

What else can you count on?

Free entry for birthday boys and girls (all-inclusive).
Free entry for two adults and annual pass holders (drinks and/or meals not included).
Access to all exhibitions and activities at Technopolis. There’s free parking too.

Things you need to know

Specially for children aged 4 to 12 and their friends. If you’d prefer to organise a family party for young and old alike, we recommend our exclusive party package.
A minimum of 8 children (excluding annual pass holders and the birthday child) and a maximum of 20 guests. You can let us know about minor changes on the day itself.
For parties from September 2026 onwards. During school terms, you can come and celebrate at the weekend and on Wednesday afternoons. During the summer holidays: every day (from 2027). Technopolis is open until 5 pm.
If you book a party as an annual pass holder, you’ll receive a total discount of 10% (Explorer pass), 15% (Discoverer pass) or 20% (Pioneer pass) on admission. That’s €21 per guest and is included in the price of each package.

Here’s how your booking works

Book in advance through our website, letting us know how many people will be joining you for the celebration. Minor changes can still be made. Let us know what time you’ll be arriving too. You’re welcome to stay until 5 pm (closing time).
When you make your booking, you will be required to pay a deposit of €50. You pay the rest on the day itself. Make sure that all annual pass holders on the guest list have their pass with them.
Choose a time for your drinks or meal when you arrive. If you’ve chosen a Eureka party, let the party captain know which discovery box (choose from fish fingers, spaghetti, chicken nuggets or a burger) you’d like.

Fancy a birthday cake?

We don’t provide one, but you’re welcome to bring your own. Give us your cake at the Grab & Go on arrival, and we’ll put it in the fridge for you so it stays nice and cool. You’re welcome to use our cutlery free of charge.

Treat yourself to a few extras

You can also add some nice extras to your booking, such as children’s champagne, crisps and vegetable dips. Or another fun option is to order goodies bags or key rings shaped like our cone to give out as gifts to all the partygoers.

With three different party packages, we cater to both small and large requests. Whichever option you choose, you’re in for an original and educational outing.
Technopolis is fun for parents too. Everyone gets to experiment and share ideas. That’s why we’re happy to offer free admission for two adults.
