About celebrating at Technopolis
You’ll be celebrating together with the whole family in a relaxed setting. You’ll have your own room as a dedicated venue, enjoy a lavish buffet and explore Technopolis at your own pace in between the festivities. It’s not a rigid schedule, but a day that just flows naturally.
You can hold a birthday party, a communion party, a spring party or a family reunion, or celebrate simply because getting together is a good reason in itself.
Yes. No special or customised formulas are available. The menu isn’t customisable either, but you can let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies, of course.
No. You are not permitted to bring any extra decorations. Technopolis will take care of the venue set-up itself.
No. This isn’t a children’s party with entertainment or a set programme, but a family celebration where several generations can enjoy themselves together.
No, although it’s obviously up to you what you celebrate when you book an exclusive party. Our birthday parties are specially designed for children aged 4 to 12. No private room or buffet will be provided.
Who for?
This package is intended exclusively for families, not for work parties.
This package is available for groups of 20 or more. Let us know the final number of attendees at least one week in advance.
Absolutely. The buffet, venue and activities are all designed to suit both adults and children, each at their own pace.
How the day goes in practice
You’ll have your own room as a dedicated meeting place all day long. In between, you’re free to explore Technopolis whenever and as often as you like. You don’t need to book anything or stick to a set schedule.
The room is available from 9.30 am to 5.00 pm and will be your dedicated space for the whole day.
You can choose between the Lux room, an open and light-filled space, or the Volt room, a private and particularly cosy room. Low tables for children can also be provided in the Volt room.
Most of the exhibitions and activities take place indoors, but if the weather is fine you can also enjoy spending time outdoors in our Science Garden. That makes this formula ideal, whatever the weather.
Food and drink
You can enjoy an lavish lunch buffet featuring dishes for adults and familiar favourites for children, complemented by an all-inclusive drinks buffet between 10.30 am and 3.00 pm.
Yes. Let us know about any dietary requirements or allergies when you make your booking or when we speak, and we’ll work with you to see what’s possible.
Booking and confirmation
No. Once you’ve completed the form, you will first receive an automatic confirmation. We will then check availability and get in touch with you personally. Everything will only be finalised after that.
We recommend booking well in advance, especially for popular weekends. This will increase your chances of your preferred date still being available.
