Meet our robot dino
Keep your eyes open! During your visit, you might encounter Topsie the Triceratops. Topsie walks around, sits down, and loves to come and say hello.
Dinosaur Scavenger Hunt
Can you find all the dinosaur footprint pictures? Place your paper over the picture and trace it with your wax crayon. Have you found them all? Then pop into our shop before you leave to collect your explorer badge.Workshop: Create your own Cardboardosaurus
Build your own cardboard dinosaur and bring it to life with moving hinges. Decorate your dinosaur however you like, place it in a diorama and take a photo of your unique creation. Afterwards, you can take your dino home with you.
Does it look almost real? That’s great, but it’s not essential. We are not sure what dinosaurs really looked like long ago.
Workshop: Cast your own Plasterosaurus
In this workshop, you’ll make a cast of a dinosaur. You’ll be working with Zellaan (casting resin) and you can take your creation home with you.
Water rocket workshop
On a hot summer’s day you naturally want some water fun! During this workshop, try to hit the target with your rocket by changing the angle, pressure and water volume.

Try our discovery boxes for kids
Make a day of it and stay for a delicious meal at our family restaurant, Lumen. Especially for young explorers, we now also have discovery boxes, which are great nourishment and spark the imagination too. Each box contains:
- Fish fingers, spaghetti, hamburgers or chicken nuggets
- A portion of vegetables and a dessert
- Fun activities and scienti-fun-ic facts
- A little celestial body as a bonus: collect them all!
